Audubon Country Club

Yes. All property owners in Audubon are required to maintain a club membership. Residents may choose between a Golf Membership or a Social Membership, depending on availability. Golf Members enjoy full access to the 18-hole championship course designed by Joe Lee and all club amenities. Social members have access to all club amenities and limited golf privileges.

Yes. Audubon limits golf membership to 340 members to preserve outstanding course conditions and provide exceptional tee time access. Because membership is capped, there is typically a waitlist for full Golf Membership. While waiting, buyers may join the Social Waiting Golf Membership, which includes limited golf during the season, unlimited use of the practice facilities, and full access to the club’s dining, fitness, racquet sports, and social amenities.

Yes. One of Audubon’s unique advantages is that members may own a personal golf cart and use it throughout the community and on the golf course. Rather than paying a cart fee each time they play, members with a private cart pay an annual trail fee.

Annual fees at Audubon vary based on the type of property you own and your membership category. Most owners pay Master Association dues, annual club membership dues, a food and beverage minimum, and a capital improvement contribution. Depending on the neighborhood, there may also be additional HOA fees for neighborhood-specific maintenance and services.

Audubon offers a diverse selection of 410 luxury residences, including custom estate homes, single-family homes, and spacious condominiums. Homes range from approximately 2,200 to more than 5,500 square feet and are situated within 14 distinctive neighborhoods.
