The latest Southwest Florida September Weekly Home Sales recap for Bonita Springs, Estero and Southern Fort Myers showed there were 176 properties sold during the week of the 25th.
Southern Fort Myers remained in the number one position with 76 real estate transactions. Sales were as follows: 16 percent vacant lots, 20 percent were condos and 58 percent were single family homes. The remaining Fort Myers properties sold were a multi-family unit, agricultural lot and commercial units.
Bonita Springs was in the second position with 55 transactions. Of the 55 property sales, 25 percent were vacant lots, 35 percent were condos and 38 percent were single family homes. The other property sold was a mobile home.
Finally, Estero rounded out the week in the third spot with 38 property sales. Home sales were split between multiple property types. Of the 38 home sales, 8 percent were mobile homes, 13 percent were vacant lots, 42 percent were condos and 34 percent were single family homes. The other property sold was a commercial unit.
In review, based on the real estate transactions report for the week, property sales were broken down by the following types in Southwest Florida: 52 condos, 82 single family homes, 32 vacant lots, 4 commercial units, 4 mobile homes, 1 multi-family unit, and 1 agricultural lot.
