According to the latest Naples May home sales reports, there were 606 Homes Sold in Naples during the week of the 10th down from 612 sales during the prior week. The highest priced property sold for $25,145,900.
North Naples moved into the top spot with 135 home sales up from 116 sales during the previous week. Of the 122 property sales, 4 percent were vacant lots, 39 percent were single family homes and 57 percent were condos.
East Naples fell into the second position for the the week with 122 transactions up from 120 sales compared to the week of the 26th. Home sales consisted of 7 percent vacant lots, 30 percent single family homes and 61 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 81 home sales down from 95 properties sold during the prior week. Naples homes sales were made up of 6 percent vacant lots, 26 percent single family homes and 68 percent condos.
In summary, Naples May home sales for the week of the 10th showed Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 303 condos, 216 single family homes, 81 vacant lots and 6 mobile homes sold throughout Collier County.
One Hundred and Fifteen Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,001,000 to $25,145,900.
