Southwest April Florida Home Sales Review
The latest Southwest Florida April Home Sales review for Bonita Springs, Estero and Southern Fort Myers for the week of the 24th showed there were 375 properties sold.
Southern Fort Myers remained in the first position with 166 real estate transactions. Sales were as follows: 5 percent commercial units, 34 percent vacant lots, 21 percent were condos and 36 percent were single family homes. The remaining Fort Myers properties sold were a multi-family unit and easements.
Estero moved back into the second spot with 106 property sales. Home sales were split between multiple property types. Of the 106 home sales, 6 percent were mobile homes, 24 percent were vacant lots, 35 percent were condos and 36 percent were single family homes.
Finally, Bonita Springs rounded out the week in the third position with 102 real estate transactions. Of the 102 real estate sales, 4 percent were commercial units, 15 percent were vacant lots, 41 percent were condos and 40 percent were single family homes. The other property sales were a a multi-family unit and a mobile home.
In review, based on the real estate transactions report for the week of April 24th, property sales were broken down by the following types in Southwest Florida: 115 condos, 140 single family homes, 97 vacant lots, 13 commercial unit, 7 mobile homes, 3 multi-family units, and 3 easement parcels.

- 33913 – 100 properties sold (1 commercial unit, 3 easements, 53 vacant lots, 31 single family homes and 12 condos)
33967 – 16 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 multi-family units and 13 single family homes)
Estero
- 33928 – 85 properties sold (6 mobile homes, 25 vacant lots, 30 single family homes and 24 condos)
- 33967 – 4 properties sold (2 single family homes and 2 condos)
- 34134 – 7 properties sold (2 single family homes and 5 condos)
- 34135 – 10 properties sold (4 single family homes and 6 condos)
