The latest Naples weekly housing recap for the third week of July shows there were 353 Homes Sold compared to 336 properties sold the previous week.
North Naples remained in the top spot with 80 real estate transactions for the week, up significantly from 68 sales during the prior week. Of the 80 sales, 5 percent were vacant lots, 60 percent were single family homes and 35 percent were condos.
The Corkscrew area had unusually high activity for the week with 64 real estate transactions. Sales were composed of 13 percent condos, 34 percent were single family homes and 52 percent were vacant lots. The remaining property sold was a mobile home.
East Naples moved into the third position with 57 real estate transactions for the week of the 20th compared to 61 sales during the week of July 13th. East Naples home sales consisted of 14 percent vacant lots, 49 percent single family homes and 37 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples rounded out the week with 41 home sales compared to 50 sales during the previous week. They were made up of 9 percent were vacant lots, 37 percent single family homes and 54 percent condos.
In summary, the latest real estate transactions review for the week of July 20th show Naples homes sold were broken down as follows: 123 condos, 160 single family homes, 67 vacant lots and 3 mobile home sold throughout Collier County.
Thirty-five Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,025,000 to $7,200,000.
