The latest Real Estate Transactions Report showed Home Sales in Naples for the week of April 13th confirmed there were 225 Naples Homes Sold versus 243 homes sales during the previous week.
North Naples remained in the top position with 49 properties sold compared to 51 properties during the prior week. Of the 49 sales, 11 percent were vacant lots, 34 percent were single family homes and 55 percent were condos.
East Naples was once again in the second position with 45 real estate transactions which was the same number of home sales during the previous week. East Naples home sales consisted of 29 percent single family homes and 64 percent were condos. The reaming properties sold were vacant lots and a mobile home.
And finally, the City of Naples finished the week with 32 homes sold down from 34 sales during the week of the April 6th. Real estate sales were made up of 28 percent single family homes and 69 percent condos. The remaining Naples property sold was a vacant lot.
In summary, the Naples Florida real estate transactions review for the week of April 13th show properties sold were broken down as follows: 106 condos, 83 single family homes, 35 vacant lots and 1 mobile home sold throughout Collier County.
Thirty-Two Naples luxury homes sold during the week. Luxury home prices ranged from $1,010,000 to $6,300,000.
