Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club is a semi-private golf club located in Punta Gorda, Florida. A bundled golf community offering luxury resort-style amenities to all residents.

The golf course originally opened in 2007 as Tern Bay Golf & Country Club and closed in 2008. The course was re-designed to be more player friendly by renowned Architect Gordon Lewis in 2019.

In addition to the golf course, the club offers an aqua driving range, chipping and putting areas. Members also have access to a wide array of amenities including a resort-style pool, three restaurants with an outdoor pool café, two full service bars, Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, state-of-the-art fitness center and full service spa.

While the community is currently semi-private, plans are to convert this to a member only club.
