Wyndemere Country Club

Yes. All property owners in Wyndemere are required to become members of Wyndemere Country Club. Membership is an integral part of community ownership and provides access to the club’s golf, dining, fitness, racquet sports, and social amenities.

Joining Wyndemere requires a one-time, non-refundable equity membership purchase, as well as ongoing annual club dues. Buyers can choose from Full Golf, Limited Golf, or Sports Membership, depending on the lifestyle they want to enjoy. Although the initiation fee is the same for all three membership categories, the level of club access and annual dues varies by membership type.

Wyndemere has 27 holes of championship golf designed by Arthur Hills. There are three scenic 9-hole layouts with 7 tee boxes. The club also offers a double-ended driving range and a short-game practice area with a chipping green, bunker, and an oversized putting green. It is also one of the few that allows members to walk and play the course (some time restrictions apply.
